Mightier is a fun digital program that helps kids learn how to manage big feelings. Children play special video games while wearing a heart‑rate sensor. When their heart rate rises, the game reacts—showing them when it’s time to slow down and use calming skills like deep breathing and relaxing their muscles.
Parents get access to a companion app that makes it easy to track progress and get helpful tips.
