Blue Cross offers a variety of vision plans. We have comprehensive vision plans that include eye exams, as well as eyewear only plans without exams.
You can choose a plan with frequencies and benefit levels that best meet your employees’ needs and your budget. Whatever the choice you make for your business, we have a plan for you and your employees.
You don't have to have Blue Cross health insurance to enroll in a Blue Cross Vision plan and you can choose a vision plan for your employees at any time during the plan year.

Vision plan choices
For many, a vision plan with an exam is the right choice. Vision exams not only promote eye health but can also help identify some common medical conditions, such as high blood pressure.
For employers whose medical plans include a preventive eye exam, an eyewear only plan may be a good option. Talk to your broker or Blue Cross representative to decide which plan is right for you.
