What is a Group Platinum Blue (Cost) plan?
Group Platinum BlueSM plans offer three levels of coverage with different retiree cost-sharing options for Medicare-eligible services, helping you choose the coverage that best fits your retirees' needs.
Limited plan service area:
Group Platinum Blue is only available in our 21-county service area. An alternate plan offering will be proposed for retirees who reside outside the service area.

The plan options offer medical, vision and hearing benefits combined in one plan. Pair any of the Group Platinum Blue plan options with Group MedicareBlueSM Rx for a complete offering.
