Group MedicareBlue Rx (PDP)

Group MedicareBlue Rx is a Medicare Part D stand-alone prescription drug plan that helps members pay for prescription drugs that are not covered by Original Medicare. Retirees are eligible for Group MedicareBlue Rx if they:

• Are entitled to Medicare Part A and/or enrolled in Medicare Part B
• Live in the plan’s service area
• Are a U.S. citizen or lawfully present in the U.S.
• Are identified as an eligible plan participant by your employer 

Retirees must continue to pay their Medicare Part B premium, and Medicare Part A if applicable, if not otherwise paid for by Medicaid or another third party. Retirees may only enroll in one Part D plan at a time.

Group MedicareBlue Rx offers five levels of coverage so you can choose the coverage to best fit your retirees’ needs. All plan options include:

• No annual deductible
• Access to nationwide pharmacy networks 
• Low copayments 
• Supplement drug coverage for medications not covered by Part D

Offer Group MedicareBlue Rx to retirees as a stand-alone prescription drug plan or pair it with one of the following medical-only plans to create a complete health care solution:

• Group Platinum Blue^SM (Cost)
• Group Medicare Advantage
• Group Medicare Supplement
