If you reside in the state of Florida, Georgia, and in specific counties of Missouri, you need to use participating providers in their regional networks to obtain in-network benefits. 

Regional Networks: 

• If you reside in the state of Florida, use a provider/facility within the “FL – Network Blue” network.  
• If you reside in the state of Georgia, use a provider/facility within the “GA – Blue Open Access POS” network.
• If you live in the following counties in Missouri; Franklin, Jefferson, Lincoln, Saint Charles, Saint Francois, Saint Louis, Saint Louis City, Saint Genevieve, Warren or Washington, use a provider/facility within the “St. Louis, MO – Blue Access Choice” network.
• If you are traveling outside of your regional network service area and need to obtain services, use a provider/facility within the “National BlueCard PPO” network to receive in-network benefits. 

If you live in any other region or state not called out above, use a provider/facility within the “National BlueCard PPO” network to receive in-network benefits.

When you get emergency care or are treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected by the "No Surprises Act," a provision under the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) 2021.
