Care Coordinator

A Care Coordinator is a licensed nurse, social worker or qualified healthcare provider who can help you access home healthcare, understand your benefits, coordinate and manage your care and more. They will typically reach out to you within the first month of joining the plan.

BlueRide Transportation service

BlueRideSM offers you a safe and reliable ride to covered medical, dental and pharmacy visits with providers in your plan’s network.

You can also use BlueRide to go to participating fitness locations, health and wellbeing classes, and Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.1

Medication Therapy Management

If you are taking multiple medications, a specialized pharmacist can meet with you to talk about your medications, find ways to manage any side effects and look for ways to lower your costs.

myFlexCard allowances

A myFlexCard Mastercard will be mailed to you for these benefits. You will be able to use the same card for over-the-counter (OTC) items and if eligible, healthy foods and household support.

Over-the-counter (OTC) health and wellbeing items

Get $75 every three months2 for select over-the-counter items. Items can be ordered online, over the phone or purchased in participating retail stores.

Healthy foods and household support

If you have certain long-term health conditions, you may be eligible for an additional $275 every three months to pay for utilities, rent, and healthy food like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.3

You may name a family member, friend, or anyone you trust to help you with your medical claims, appeals, or requests. By Appointing someone, you’re saying that this person can speak for you, get information and see your private medical details.
