Is your doctor in network?
Using a doctor in your network can help you save money. You’ll want to confirm your doctor, hospital or clinic is in your plan’s network before you get care.
You will need to enter the first three characters of your member ID, which can be found on the back of your Blue Cross member ID card, or select a network from the drop-down to see providers in your network.

Is a pharmacy in your network?
Pharmacy coverage varies by plan. You’ll want to check if your pharmacy is in your plan’s network before you fill your prescription.
Blue Cross offers PPO, Cost and PDP plans with Medicare contracts. Enrollment in these Blue Cross plans depends on contract renewal. Plans are available to residents of the service area. You may only be able to enroll in a plan at certain times of the year.
MedicareBlueSM Rx (PDP) is a prescription drug plan with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in MedicareBlue Rx depends on contract renewal.
Coverage is available to residents of the service area or members of an employer or union group and separately issued by one of the following plans: Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa*; Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota*; Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana*, a division of Health Care Service Corporation, a Mutual Legal Reserve Company; Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska*; Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota*; Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield of South Dakota*; and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming*.
