Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+)
A healthcare program for people age 65 and older who qualify for Medical Assistance (Medicaid) and may or may not have Medicare and Part D prescription drug coverage through another health plan.
SecureBlue
A Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO) plan that combines your Medicare and Medical Assistance (Medicaid) into one plan.
SecureBlueSM also includes extra benefits at no additional cost, like care coordination, dental and vision extras, and funds to help pay for healthy foods and over-the-counter expenses.
