A healthcare program for people age 65 and older who qualify for Medical Assistance (Medicaid) and may or may not have Medicare and Part D prescription drug coverage through another health plan.
MSC+ is available in all Minnesota counties except Itasca county.
A Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO) plan that combines your Medicare and Medical Assistance into one plan.
You must qualify for Medical Assistance, be 65 or older, and have both Medicare Part A and Part B to qualify for SecureBlue.
SecureBlue is available in all 87 Minnesota Counties.
Both plans offer some of the same benefits, but SecureBlue offers more complete coverage, which includes additional benefits at no additional cost to you.
