TruHearing® helps with your hearing loss, so you can stay connected. Get a free online screening, a comprehensive hearing exam, free aftercare, and more with your TruHearing benefit.

Dental benefit

Maintaining good dental and oral health goes a long way in affecting your overall health. Your Medicare plan may include dental coverage like regular check-ups and cleanings.

Vision benefit

Your Platinum Blue vision benefit consists of two parts – eye exam and eyewear (Choice and Complete plans).

Find care

Find in-network doctors in your area. Make sure to log in or select your network before you search so you only see the doctors, clinics and hospitals that your Medicare plan covers.

Search for pharmacies and drugs

Search for in-network pharmacies and covered drugs (if your plan includes prescription drug coverage).

Payment options

You have convenient payment options if you have a monthly premium, which includes auto-pay and email reminders.

Your member ID card

Your member ID card will be mailed to you within a few weeks after your enrollment confirmation.

If you are an existing Blue Cross member, you will not receive a new member ID card unless you made a plan change or there are changes to the information being displayed on your current card.

Key components of your ID card:

  • Your name, identification, and plan number
  • The dollar amount you pay when you visit a provider
  • Information about pharmacy benefits, if any
  • Instructions to help providers submit claims
  • Customer Service and plan phone numbers
