General Mills offers competitive and comprehensive benefits that help protect and improve you and your family's health and wellbeing.
Annual benefits enrollment is your only chance to make changes to your elections and account for any recent life change—unless you experience a qualifying life event.
Your current medical, dental and vision coverage will carry over to next year. New elections are required for the Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts.
