Plan overview
- Predictable Costs: As a Coupe member you pay a set copay for covered services and prescription drugs. Copay amounts vary based on the type of service and the provider’s ranking. With Coupe there is no deductible or coinsurance.
- Provider choice: Your choice of provider can affect your out-of-pocket costs. The Coupe plan design uses the same national Blue Cross Blue Shield BlueCard PPO network as other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. Providers are rated as Preferred, Standard, or Non-Preferred, and the provider’s rating affects your copay amount. These ratings can help you compare provider options and costs. When you see a Preferred Provider, you will generally pay the lowest available in-network copay. Checking provider ratings and copays before receiving care can help you identify high-value providers and avoid unexpected costs.
- Benefit and cost tools: You can search for providers and review copay costs in advance. The member portal includes provider and prescription search tools, claim history, access to Health Valets who can help navigate benefits, and additional benefit information.
- Before enrollment: If you are not yet enrolled, visit the Coupe Enrollment Hub to learn more about the plan design, find providers, and understand benefits and copay costs before enrolling.
- After enrollment: Once enrolled and your Coupe plan is active, log in to the Coupe Health member portal to view provider ratings and associated copays, look up prescription drugs, review claim history and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements, and access benefit information.
