Carissa Rollins

Global Chief Information Officer, Illumina (retired)

Prior to retirement, Carissa Rollins served as Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Illumina, where she oversaw enterprise information systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture and compliance. Previously, she served as CIO at UnitedHealthcare, leading digital health innovation that supported more than 50 million members.

Earlier in her career, Rollins held senior leadership roles at Gander Mountain, Kohl’s Corporation, ManpowerGroup and MillerCoors, building broad expertise in technology, operations and business transformation across multiple industries. She is currently co-founder and partner at AnchorPoint, a boutique advisory and executive coaching firm that helps organizations accelerate performance and navigate growth and transformation.

Rollins is an ORBIE Leadership Award recipient and has served on the board of Accendra Health, as well as several other advisory boards. She earned an MBA from Marquette University and continues to contribute her expertise through board service and executive advisory work.
