- As part of our dental plans, we offer:
- Jr. Dental: 100 % coverage for dependent children 12 and under with no deductible or annual plan maximum on all covered services. Orthodontic care is excluded. Standard plan limitations apply. Out-of-network services may be subject to balance billing.
- Three cleanings per calendar year
- Fluoride treatment covered up to age 19

Freedom Enhanced plans are our top-selling plans. These plans include the benefits listed under the Preferred plans but offer equal coinsurance for dentists who are in network and out of network. Preventive Incentive* is an option.

Affordable, traditional plans
These comprehensive plans drive savings by encouraging members to see a network provider. Members pay less for services like general anesthesia, repairs, and simple and complex oral surgeries when they see a provider in their plan’s network.
