COVID-19 update
Due to the Public Health Emergency (PHE) expiring, effective 5/12/23, all COVID-19 treatment and testing will be covered according to your standard plan benefits, and cost-sharing applies. COVID-19 vaccines and boosters will fall under Preventive Care benefits and covered at 100% in-network.
