Your secure and personalized member account gives you quick access to important health information and resources specific to your plan benefits.
- Get relevant and up-to-date information about your plan:
- Find in-network doctors in your area
- See plan details, out-of-pocket maximums, and review coverage and benefits
- Track claims and pay your premium (if you are directly billed by Blue Cross)
- Access common plan forms and documents
- Get estimates on your medical costs
- Find your explanation of benefits (EOB)
- Get access to health and wellness information and tips
- View, download and print your ID card(s)
Existing members who have created an account can log in.
Your member ID card
Your member ID card will be mailed to you within a few weeks after your enrollment confirmation.
If you are an existing Blue Cross member, you will not receive a new member ID card unless you made a plan or demographic change or there are changes to the benefits displayed on your current card.
Key components of your ID card:
- Your name, identification, and plan number
- The dollar amount you pay when you visit a provider
- Information about pharmacy benefits, if any
- Instructions to help providers submit claims
- Customer Service and plan phone numbers
2. Review your payment options

You have convenient payment options, including auto-pay, if you have a monthly premium.
As a Group Medicare plan member, your plan premium may be billed directly to you by your employer or Administrator.
Online eBill payments
For ease and convenience, you can pay your Blue Cross insurance premium online. Choose to make one-time payments each month, or set up recurring payments over several months. You can also request email reminders, view and print statements, and easily update your payment account information.

Hearing aid benefit
TruHearing® makes it easy to treat your hearing loss, so you can get back to living your best life. Get a free online screening, a comprehensive hearing exam, free aftercare, and more with your TruHearing benefit.
Over-the-counter (OTC) benefit
OTC medications are trusted as a first line of defense in treating minor ailments, help reduce doctor visits and save you money. Receive a quarterly1 allowance to purchase over-the-counter medications and health-related items to help you live a healthy lifestyle.
Vision benefit
Your Platinum Blue vision benefit consists of two parts – eye exam and eyewear.
