Is your doctor in network?

Senior GoldSM and Extended Basic Select plan members have in-network benefits when using a provider in the Aware® network who accepts Medicare.

All other Medicare Supplement plan members may see any doctor (provider) that accepts Medicare assignment for in-network benefits. Check to make sure your doctor accepts Medicare assignment.
