### Individual and family vision plans

One vision plan offers discounts on eyeglasses and contact lenses and the other includes those discounts plus an eye exam to help protect the health of your eyes.

### Small group vision plans

For employers with 2–50 employees. You can choose to fund some or none of the premium. Either way, your employees benefit from the discounts these plans offer.

For employers with 51 or more employees. We offer comprehensive vision plans that include eye exams, as well as eyewear only plans without exams.
