Blue Plus® is proud to serve Minnesota. Founded in 1974, we offer a range of fully insured commercial health plans for individuals, families and employers. Blue Plus also contracts with the Minnesota Department of Human Services to provide public health plans including Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare.
