Regular check-ups, screenings and immunizations are some of the best ways to help keep you and your family healthy. This type of health care, called preventive care, may also help you catch any health problems before they become serious. Talk to your doctor about what care is right for you.

Please note: A recommendation or discussion with your doctor does not guarantee coverage or a certain level of coverage.
What does it cost? Most health plans cover all (100%) of preventive care without a copay, coinsurance or deductible. However, some health plans do not have to help pay for preventive care. Be sure to check before you make an appointment with your doctor. Call the number on the back of your member ID card for more information.
