Custom solutions is effective because it meets employees where they are on the health spectrum. Each participant’s assessment results are used to guide them into personalized lifestyle improvement programs, or “interventions.”

Targeted interventions reach each participant

Interventions use proven health theory models and apply the latest innovations in behavior-change psychology. Because interventions are custom-designed to each person, there’s greater chance for success than with a “one-size-fits-all” approach.

At-risk employees vs. healthier employees

The program works by identifying whether each participant fits into an “at-risk” or “healthier” category, based on their assessment scores. Each and every participant receives support – whatever their needs and whatever their current state of health.

  • At-risk employees: A score of less than 79 indicates a higher risk and establishes a more intensive, one-on-one, phone-based plan to guide behavior change.
