To get the most from your custom solutions program, you’ll want to consider these options to encourage optimal participation and results:

  • Cash rewards
  • Benefit enhancements – reduced premium or a richer health plan benefit option
  • Partially funding a health expense account to be used for things like copays or prescription drugs
