Plan options

Choose from three Medicare supplement plans:

Group Senior Gold(SM)
Group Senior Gold is our most comprehensive Group Medicare Select plan. It provides first-dollar coverage, so members have no deductibles, copayments or coinsurance for Medicare-approved services, and they’re protected against catastrophic expenses.

Group Plan L Enhanced
Group Plan L Enhanced is ideal if you want to offer a Medicare supplement plan with a lower monthly premium in exchange for retirees paying a greater share of their health care expenses. Group Plan L Enhanced pays 75 percent of most hospital and medical expenses that Original Medicare does not cover. The plan includes catastrophic protection with a $2,320 annual out-of-pocket maximum.

Group Plan K Enhanced
Our lowest-cost Medicare supplement plan, Group Plan K Enhanced includes the same features and benefits as Group Plan L Enhanced and pays 50 percent of most hospital and medical expenses not covered by Original Medicare. It includes catastrophic protection with a $4,640 annual out-of-pocket maximum.

Add prescription drug coverage for a complete health care offering

Group MedicareBlue(SM) Rx (PDP), a stand-alone prescription drug plan with a Medicare contract, can be added to any of the Group Medicare supplement plans for a complete solution. Or you can offer Group MedicareBlue Rx as stand-alone prescription drug coverage. Your retirees can live anywhere in the United States and have their prescriptions filled at more than 62,000 participating pharmacies.
