Issues with duplicate payments and withdrawals

On December 6, some providers received duplicate payments for some claims from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota.

The payments received from Wells Fargo are correct.

The payments received from U.S. Bank are in error. If you receive a request to allow a reversal/withdrawal, you should allow the reversal.

We are working to resolve this issue.
