You can keep or change your plan

To keep your current plan: No action is needed if you wish to continue your current plan. Your April bill will reflect your new monthly rate.

To change to a different plan: You may wish to consider a different plan. Use the rate calculator to:

  • Review your current plan. (You’ll need your group number from your member ID card.)
  • Review rates and benefit details for available plans. Compare rates with your current plan by selecting desired plans.
  • Download the form you need to make a change. (Depending on the plan you choose, you’ll either need to complete a simple change form or an application.)
