Kevin R. Green

As co-founder and managing partner of TripleTree, LLC, Kevin Green has advised well over a hundred companies on maximizing the value of their firm by leveraging 25 plus years of operational, M&A and capital raising experience. Prior to co-founding TripleTree, Green held several senior executive roles at private and public companies within the healthcare and technology industries. He served as CEO of both Summit Medical and Integrated Medical Systems (IMS). During his tenure, IMS grew from a start-up company to a high growth business that was sold to Eli Lilly. Previously, he served as an executive at Cycare, which grew from a private firm to a NYSE company and was later sold to McKesson; he began his career at Westinghouse. Green holds B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of San Diego. He is active in a number of industry associations and selective boards and is a frequent speaker at healthcare and technology industry events. Green will also serve on the Audit and the Investment Committees for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield board of trustees.
