The Blue Plus Partner Relations team focuses solely on public programs and fosters relationships statewide to improve Minnesota’s communities. The team works with county public health agencies, human services agencies, care systems and their staffs to provide information, resources and education and to achieve better health outcomes for our members.

Many people qualify for Minnesota Health Care Programs and don’t know it. Sometimes people who know they qualify don’t enroll for the health care help they need because of a complicated application process, language problems or other barriers.
