FluStop program

FluStop(SM) is a program that helps employers provide seasonal flu shots to employees at the workplace.

Minnesota providers

To be a participating provider for the FluStop program, you need to be a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota contracted provider via a mass immunization contract or hold a contract with which immunizations are within the scope of work. To become a FluStop provider, complete a contract request form (PDF) and e-mail it to us at flustop@bluecrossmn.com.

If you are already contracted with Blue Cross to provide immunizations and would like to secure your status as a listed FluStop provider, please complete the FluStop provider information form (MS Word) and e-mail it to us at flustop@bluecrossmn.com.

Out-of-state vendors

If you are a vendor who would like to perform a FluStop clinic for Blue Cross members who live outside of Minnesota, please contact us at flustop@bluecrossmn.com.
