Eyewear
Some eyewear retailers offer discounts on eyewear to Blue Cross members. Ask if the member discount is offered where you shop for eyewear.
Fitness Discounts
Fitness Discounts rewards you for working out. You’ll get a credit of up to $20 per month toward your membership fees at participating fitness centers when you work out the required number of times. Learn more.

Members who need home medical equipment and supplies save up to 10 percent on a wide variety of home medical equipment and supplies from leading distributors.
Laser vision correction (LASIK) surgery
Save 40 to 50 percent off the national average cost of LASIK. Offered through an agreement with national administrator QualSight, the laser vision correction services include a comprehensive eye exam as well as pre-and postoperative care. Call QualSight at 1-888-284-5612. You’ll answer a few questions to see if you’re a good candidate. If you are, they’ll help you find a provider and even schedule your surgery.
