Health reform will impact each individual and employer differently. People who purchase insurance on their own may qualify for subsidies that can lower their premiums and cost-sharing expenses. To learn more about Blue Cross products available on MNsure, you can contact your insurance agent or call Blue Cross at (651) 662-5040 or 1-800-711-9875 (toll-free).
How does health care reform affect you?
The federal health care law known as the Affordable Care Act affects most Minnesotans, whether you buy a plan directly or receive coverage through an employer. Blue Cross has a number of online tools and links to trusted sources for better understanding what health care changes may be in store for you.
Even more coverage options will be available soon

On Oct.1, 2013, Blue Cross will announce additional offerings available through traditional channels, such as an agent or broker, or directly from Blue Cross. These offerings will include brand new products designed to meet a range of different needs for individuals and businesses alike.
