Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota has plans available to buy on MNsure’s Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP). These SHOP plans allow small-business owners to choose how much they want to contribute to their employees’ health plan and then let the employees use that money to buy a health plan that best meets their needs.
